This notice explains how Setup Roma may handle visitor and customer information in Italy. Interactive mode, signal, and RGB choices currently run in your browser and are not submitted to us by this demonstration website.
Streaming profile data
The control-room selections and mood mixer work locally and reset when the page reloads. We do not require a channel name, platform identity, or audience information to use them. If future saved setup profiles collect this information, we will state the exact fields, purpose, legal basis, retention period, and available controls before submission.
Payments
This website has no direct checkout. When an order is arranged separately, an authorised payment provider may process payment details under its own privacy notice. We may receive transaction identifiers, billing information, payment status, and fraud-prevention signals needed to document, fulfil, or refund a purchase. Setup Roma does not retain complete card numbers.
Cookies
Essential storage may support security, accessibility, consent choices, or site operation. Optional cookies will be offered only with the controls required under Italian and EU rules. You can reject non-essential categories through the consent interface or browser settings. Disabling essential storage can limit functions that depend on session continuity.
Analytics
Subject to applicable consent rules, we may measure aggregate visits, device categories, referral sources, loading performance, and interactions with modes, missions, or guides. We seek to minimise identifiers and use limited retention. Analytics helps us understand which content is useful; it is not intended to infer sensitive traits from a creator’s platform or setup preferences.
Contact data
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, message, attachments, product details, and purchase reference to respond, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet contractual or legal obligations. Avoid including passwords, private stream keys, audience lists, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required.
User rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
