These terms cover product enquiries and purchases from Setup Roma in Italy. This demonstration website has no cart or checkout; availability, final specifications, and ordering arrangements are confirmed separately through support.
Shipping
Delivery areas, charges, carriers, and estimated times are confirmed before an order is accepted. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed. Customers should provide a reachable Italian address and inspect parcels promptly. Report visible transit damage with photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and product so that we can investigate with the carrier.
Warranty
Accessories include the legal protections applicable to consumers in Italy and, where stated, a commercial limited warranty. Coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal intended use. It excludes ordinary wear, misuse, impact, liquid damage, unauthorised modification, incorrect power supplies, improper assembly, and use outside published electrical, load, or mounting limits.
Returns
Eligible consumers may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. Products should be complete, clean, and securely returned with included parts. Refunds may be reduced where handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item. Lawful exclusions can apply to customised goods, opened hygiene-sensitive products, or sealed software.
Compatibility
Customers are responsible for checking desk thickness, clamp clearance, device dimensions, operating-system support, port type, power requirements, wireless environment, microphone weight, and lighting-controller compatibility before ordering. Published compatibility information reflects known configurations but cannot account for every third-party product, room, network, or software update. Contact support when uncertain.
RGB disclaimer
On-screen colours, photographs, brightness, and animation speed are illustrative. Actual RGB output varies with the LEDs, diffuser, controller, firmware, camera exposure, monitor calibration, wall colour, ambient light, and software. Some lighting effects may affect photosensitive viewers; use steady, moderate lighting and disable rapid flashing where comfort or safety requires it.

For setup, warranty, compatibility, or order assistance, contact support@setuproma.pro with the product name, purchase reference, and relevant photographs. We aim to acknowledge messages within two Italian business days. Follow electrical, mounting, and weight instructions carefully. Support advice does not authorise unsafe desk alterations or installation beyond the product documentation.
Final terms
Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Italian law and mandatory EU consumer rights apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. We may update these terms for legal or operational reasons; the version provided when an order is accepted governs that purchase. Last updated: 10 August 2026.
